Syntax
array_fill(index,number,value);
index: Zorunludur. Dizinin hangi indisten itibaren doldurulacağını belirtir.
number: Zorunludur. Dizinin kaç kere doldurulacağını belirtir.
value: Zorunludur. Diziye doldurulacak değeri belirtir.
